Padalka, a record-setter at over 840 days spent in space, and Kornienko are also due to collect wipe samples from solar panels and perform other maintenance work.
Padalka logged a total of 33 hours and 4 minutes in nine overall spacewalks and is expected to set another record at 878 days off Earth when his mission ends in September.
Kornienko previously performed one nearly seven-hour spacewalk as part of the ISS Expedition 23/24.
