MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Russian ambassador said that one of the more interesting projects is the construction of multirole Ka-226 helicopters.
"The proposals for construction of ships and submarines, production of the most recent tanks and other military technical production, our Indian partners are interested in, are discussed," Kadakin said.
He added that Russia and India had potential for the joint productions both in military-technical cooperation and in the civilian production.
India is Russia’s largest military-technical partner, with an estimated $4.78 billion worth of Russian-built weapons and military equipment, including nuclear submarines, jet fighters and tanks purchased in 2013, according to Russia's Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.
