“We are attaching a great deal of importance to the Slavic Brotherhood-2015 exercises we are going to have with our Belarusian colleagues this year. We will make every effort to showcase the professionalism, combat readiness and skills of our paratroopers,” Shoigu said during a meeting in Moscow with his Serbian counterpart Bratislav Gasic.
The Serbian Defense Minister said he would be glad to take part in the upcoming drill.
“I will certainly be happy to join in if you invite me to participate in the Russian-Belarusian exercise,” Gasic said, adding that this would provide valuable tactical knowhow for the Serbian armed forces.
