Fogle faced charged after federal investigators raided his Indiana home, seizing multiple computers and DVDs.
Suspicions of Fogle’s alleged involvement in child pornography first surfaced after Russell Taylor, executive directors of Fogle’s Jared Foundation, was arrested on similar charges last April.
Fogle achieved fame as the a spokesman for the sandwich chain, with claims that a strict "Subway diet" led to his massive weight loss. Subway has already severed ties with Fogle over the allegations.
The US Attorney’s Office in Indianapolis will hold a news conference on Wednesday to discuss the case.
