"I was found guilty of all 4 charges @ today's board; I am receiving 21 days of restrictions on recreation--no gym, library or outdoors," Manning tweeted.

The four charges include three "category III" charges: prohibited property, medicine misuse, and disorderly conduct. The fourth charge, labeled as "category IV," is for disrespect.
Two of the charges relate to a July 2 incident in which she was observed "sweeping food onto the floor" and was "disrespectful to the cadre present."
The other two charges relate to contraband found in Manning's cell, including the Vanity Fair magazine issue with Caitlyn Jenner on the cover, an issue of Cosmopolitan which featured an interview with Manning, and a few periodicals on transgender studies.
The charge of medicine misuse was for a tube of expired toothpaste.
Manning is serving a 35-year sentence at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, for violating the Espionage Act by leaking classified information to WikiLeaks.
