Mi-26 Shows Off Aerobatic Maneuvers Before MAKS-2015 Show

The Mi-26, the largest transport helicopter in the world, performed stunning aerobatic maneuvers during a rehearsal for the MAKS-2015 air show.

The rehearsal also saw a solo flight by a Yak-130 jet fighter/trainer. During the air show, pilots also fly in teams. Five Russian aerobatic display teams are on the schedule this year, including the Swifts, the Russian Knights, the Golden Eagles, the Falcons and the Wings of Taurida, a team created several months ago.
