Iranian President Hassan Rouhani attended a ceremony on Saturday to unveil the “Fateh-313” missile, which operates on composite solid fuel and is said to be more accurate in pinpointing targets within a range of 500 kilometers.
The Iranian heroes crushed the illusions of the country’s enemies by successfully testing the Fateh-313 missile, the legislators said in the statement during Parliament’s Sunday session.
Such achievements play a crucial role in improving Iran’s scientific, defense, national and international power as well as in preventing enemies’ sanctions, the statement continued.
The Iranian military experts and technicians have in recent years made great progress in manufacturing a broad range of home-grown equipment, making the Iranian armed forces self-sufficient.
