MOSCOW (Sputnik) – According to the BBC, there have been no reports of injuries in the large fire at a steel factory in the city of Kawasaki.

Numerous social media users uploaded online images of the fire, with large plumes of smoke rising from the plant, which reportedly belongs to Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation steelmaker giant.

On Sunday, multiple explosions were reported at a US military base in Kanagawa Prefecture near Tokyo in Sagamihara City, Japan. Nobody was injured and the fire was put out, local media reported.
