MOSCOW (Sputnik) — A Syrian delegation, which includes government officials and members of moderate opposition, arrived on Sunday to Moscow for a week-long visit.
The delegation met earlier on Monday with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov, who is the special presidential representative for the Middle East and Africa.
"We are insisting that the Moscow-3 meeting is imperative…because the current situation does not allow us to launch the implementation of the Geneva process," Heidar told Sputnik.
