Alexandrov and Yerofeyev are suspected of breaching five laws, namely organizing and participating in an armed conflict against Ukraine, moving weapons and ammunition without customs control, illegally carrying and storing firearms and ammunition, participating in and promoting a terrorist organization, and carrying out a deadly terrorist act against Ukraine's armed forces.
"The public prosecutor will request maximum penalty on all counts," Matios said.
