MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The final report on last year's Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 crash will be published on October 13, the Dutch Safety Board said in a statement Thursday.
"The Dutch Safety Board has today informed the relatives and accredited representatives in the investigation, that the Board will publish the final report on the investigation of flight MH17 on October 13," the statement reads.
Kiev authorities blame eastern Ukraine militia, which they claim was provided with weapons by Russia, for the crash of the plane.
Last year, the Dutch Safety Board, responsible for the investigation into the crash, released a preliminary report on the crash, suggesting the plane broke up in mid-air after being hit by a number of high-energy external objects.
