MOSCOW (Sputnik) — One policeman was killed and seven people were injured by in an explosion in a village of Karana in Bahrain on Friday, the country’s Interior Ministry said in a statement.
“One policeman killed in the terrorist blast in Karana,” the ministry said on Twitter.
According to the ministry, four policemen were injured, one of whom is in critical condition. Three civilians, including a child, were also injured.
Last month, two policemen died and eight were injured in a bombing on the Bahraini island of Sitra.
