The incident took place in London’s Manor Park. The emergency services, including air ambulance and the fire brigades are at the scene.
The Newham Metropolitan Police Service tweeted saying that the bus collided with a tree.
"We sent a number of resources to the scene including six ambulances, four duty officers, our hazardous area response team, London’s Air Ambulance and our emergency planning team… Ten patients were taken to hospital. Five patients were taken to Whipps Cross Hospital and a further five to the Royal London Hospital," a London Ambulance Service spokeswoman told the Evening Standard newspaper.
Fifteen people were treated at the scene, while two were hospitalized as a priority.
The incident is not being treated as suspicious, and no arrests have been made, according to the Independent newspaper.
