CAIRO, (Sputnik) — Gen. Khalifa Haftar said in a statement, published Tuesday, that the decision aimed at maintaining "security and stability in the country."
An earlier degree banned Sudanese, Bangladeshi, Palestinian and Syrian nationals from entering the country.
