According to the deal, the Chinese companies Baoli International and Xi'An Aircraft International Corporation will receive a construction site to create an industrial park to develop aircraft components in a priority development area (PDA) in Russia's Khabarovsk Territory.
“[Signed agreement mean] investments directly into the PDA, the PDA program attracted our Chinese partners to create an industrial park and aircraft manufacturing [facility] in the Far Eastern Territory, in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur,” Galushka said on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF).
The first EEF is being held on September 3-5 in the Russian city of Vladivostok, located on the Pacific Ocean, as a platform for dialogue between international investors, the Russian government and countries of the Asia-Pacific Region.
