VADUZ (Liechtenstein) (Sputnik) — Artem Dzyuba scored four times as Russian national football team beat Liechtenstein 7:0 in an away Euro 2016 qualifying match on Tuesday.
The host Liechtenstein was reduced to 10 players on the 40th minute as defender Daniel Kaufmann was expelled for a foul in the "penalty box."
The Group G Russia-Liechtenstein match of the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifying tournament took place on Arena Khimki Stadium in the Moscow region.
The Group G consists of six teams: Russia, Sweden, Austria, Montenegro, Moldova, and Liechtenstein.
Meanwhile, Austria beat Sweden 4-1 and let Russia take the second place in the Group G. Currently, Russia’s team has earned 14 points in eight matches, while Austria has 22 points.
On October 9, Russia is due to play with Moldova.
