The surveillance footage of what appears to be the inside of an internet cafe shows a harmless dog wandering in and sniffing around. Then, suddenly, a young man emerges from behind him and lifts his leg to kick the dog. But luckily for the dog, the man ends up slipping and falling on his back.
The dog immediately runs away, leaving the man sitting on the ground, holding his back in pain and struggling to get up. Hopefully the pain will make him think twice before hurting another helpless animal.
