Eriksson, who is also a former singer, thought it would be a great idea to open a "submarine-bar" on a little island just south of Stockholm.
There already are an ice bar and a hospital bar in Sweden, so why not the submarine bar.
"We will gladly accept submarines from any country," Eriksson said, telling the newspaper that the idea occurred to him last year when the Swedish military was trying to hunt down an alleged Russian submarine.
The Swedish media claimed the submarine might have been a Russian vessel. The search was finished with no result several days after, however Sweden kept claiming that there had been at least one foreign underwater vessel in Swedish waters.
Well, next time that happens, the Swedish military could at least find a Russian submarine in the bar and have a couple of pints after a long unfruitful day of searching.
