BERLIN (sputnik) — Nearly 5,000 people participated Saturday in Berlin’s yearly March for Life rallies protesting abortion and euthanasia, a local police spokesperson told RIA Novosti.
Groups supporting the opposite point of view on the issues have called counter protests. Around 1700 people took part in the two pro-choice demonstrations in Berlin on Saturday, according to the police representative.
