"Unfortunately, we continue to see within the frameworks of the coalition, which has the stated goal of fighting against the IS, that this fight is not real or full-fledged. Even when knowing where the insurgents are and getting information on their locations and movements, strikes are not made against them. We have this information," Zakharova said.
"It seems to me that the question of this flirtation that there are good terrorists and bad terrorists, or a moderate and unmanageable opposition, this logic has been fully exhausted," Zakharova added.
A US-led international coalition has been conducting airstrikes against ISIL positions in Syria and Iraq since 2014.
Russia has criticized the coalition for not initially seeking the approval of the UN Security Council or Damascus prior to the start of the bombing.
Moscow has been urging the US-led coalition to ally itself with the Syrian government in its fight against the violent extremists.
