MOSCOW (Sputnik) — UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expressed hope Monday that the upcoming Normandy format talks on Ukrainian reconciliation would be productive.
The next Normandy format meeting, comprising Russia, Ukraine, France and Germany, is scheduled for October 2.
