MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Military delegations from China and Egypt have arrived in Russia to discuss planned exercises, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service said Tuesday.
“The delegations of both countries held a briefing, during which they exchanged opinions of observing the levels of planned exercises of one of the subunits of paratroopers in Russia,” Lt.-Col. Evgeny Meskhov said.
The military delegations visited the Ivanovo paratrooper unit deployed in Kostroma on their first day, Meshkov said.
