LUGANSK (Sputnik) — Leader of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) Igor Plotnitsky on Wednesday signed an agreement on weapons pullout in Donbass.
"We fought for this folder [with the document] for two months," Plotnitsky said after signing the agreement in the presence of OSCE officials.
Participants of the Contact Group on Ukraine initialed on Tuesday an agreement on the withdrawal of weaponry with caliber under 100-mm and tanks from a separation line between Kiev-led forces and Donbass militia in eastern Ukraine.
