"Russia and Latin America must deepen their ties to enhance what each of them can give within their context," Grynspan said at the second "Russia and Latin America in the globalizing world: history and perspectives" international forum.
"I very much like the discourse in the sense of setting Latin America like a region which has exceeded, which has a role to play in this multipolar and much more global world," Grynspan said when asked about the forum and its importance.
