OSCE PA Head 'Cannot Imagine' European Political Dialogue Without Russia

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The speaker of the State Duma, Russia's lower house of Parliament, announced Thursday that he will participate in the winter session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna, Austria.

"I expect and plan to participate in the next meeting, set to be held in Vienna," Naryshkin said at a meeting with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President Ilkka Kanerva.
