06:04 GMT 09.10.2015 (Updated: 19:25 GMT 19.10.2022) This time-lapse video shows the preparation stages and lift-off of a Soyuz TMA-18M spacecraft from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on September 2, 2015.
The rocket brought a crew of three to the International Space Station (ISS), including cosmonaut Sergei Volkov, a participant of the 45/46th ISS expedition, as well as European Space Agency astronaut Andreas Mogensen and Kazakh cosmonaut Aidyn Aimbetov.
