MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the decree, published on the republic's Supreme Court the local elections in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic wikk be held on April 20, 2016.
"Move the date of the first election of local heads… from October 18, 2015 to April 20, 2016," the decree read.
