On Thursday, the Russian military gave international journalists the opportunity to take a look at the conditions on the ground at the Russian Aerospace Force aviation group's Hmeymim airbase, located outside Latakia.
On Thursday, the Russian military gave international journalists the opportunity to take a look at the conditions on the ground at the Russian Aerospace Force aviation group's Hmeymim airbase, located outside Latakia.
Journalists were also given an opportunity to see the living conditions for Russian servicemen stationed at the base, and to get a sense of the atmosphere during preparations for the Russian Air Force's bombing missions, aimed at the destruction of ISIL infrastructure.
