MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The officials reported about shooting inside the Genesis Eldercare facility in Voorhees township at around 6 p.m. local time (11 p.m. GMT) that resulted in deaths of two people, NBC10 Philadelphia reported on Sunday.
Police launched an investigation into the incident. According to the early indicators, one of the victims could also be a shooter.
No other injuries have been reported by the local authorities.
