MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The destroyer’s crew also drilled speeding through a sea lane with intensive ship traffic and tested the vessel’s survivability at high sea.
The Russian warship sailed into the North Sea earlier today, having set out on its long-haul mission last Friday. It has covered over 1,000 nautical miles.
"Gunners aboard the warship practiced fending off aircraft attacks from various altitudes with the help of anti-aircraft defense systems," Vadim Serga said.
