WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — The aircraft platforms, the release explained, include the U-2 spy plane, RQ-4 Global Hawk, MQ-1 Predator, MC-12 and MQ-9 Reaper drone.
“These systems collect, process, analyze and disseminate data collected by sensors aboard the Air Force's ISR platforms,” the release stated.
Raytheon Intelligence and Information Services (IIS) has won more than $2.2 billion in US Air Force mission support contracts in 2015.
Raytheon provides state-of-the-art electronics, mission systems integration, command, control, communications and intelligence systems and cybersecurity, according to the release.
