MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordered to set up the commission just hours after the crash.
November 1 was announced as national day of mourning.
"At 1:00 a.m. [22:00 GMT] meeting of the commission chaired by by Maxim Sokolov in video mode will be held," Albin stated.
On Saturday, the Russian airliner, carrying 217 passengers and seven crew members crashed in the Sinai Peninsula en route from the Egyptian resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh to St. Petersburg. All people on board were confirmed dead by Russian and Egyptian authorities.
A number of international leaders have expressed their condolences to Russia and victims' relatives.
