"Checks showed that actually the hospital in Sarmin remains undamaged," the statement said.
The satellite image, provided in the statement, showed the Sarmin hospital standing with no visual damage, contrary to a video published earlier by CNN showing an unidentified building in ruins.
On Monday, Russia's Defense Ministry denied the existence of the remaining five Syrian hospitals allegedly hit by Russian airstrikes.
Russia has been conducting precision airstrikes against terrorist targets in Syria at the request of President Bashar Assad since September 30.
