MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Boeing will do everything possible to clear all doubts regarding the safety of its 737 passenger planes, the company's Russia/CIS president Sergey Kravchenko said Friday.
"We plan to meet today with the leadership of Russia's federal aviation service. We hope that representatives of the Interstate Aviation Committee will be present at this meeting as well. We will carefully listen to their questions and do everything possible for any doubts, any questions in regard to our aircraft to be cleared," Kravchenko told Rossitya-24 television.
Russian aviation authorities suspended licenses for the operation of Boeing 737 airliners in the country on Thursday.
