Beautiful Russian women and vodka are the two most effective tools to manipulate high-ranking foreign officials and business tycoons, Arne Christian Haugstoyl, the head of Norwegian Police Security Service (PST), told NRK.
"You may have drunk a lot of alcohol. The thing with lady friends — if you aren't in a situation where that should happen, there may be pressure afterwards if it's documented," Haugstoyl told Norwegian broadcaster.
Cheating on partners and drinking vodka until blacking out aren't good things to do. And not just when on a business trip to Russia, but anywhere and always, really. Especially, the cheating part.
So, perhaps the PST should be alarmed with the fact that high-ranking Norwegian politicians and businessmen are cheating fools with drinking problems. It seems like these two things could be the root causes of a problem identified by Haugstoyl.
Instead, he's quick to blame Russian women and vodka, as if Norwegians are gullible men who just happen to wake up next to a girl after vodka was forcibly poured down their throats the night before.
