The 15 th district of Paris has witnessed heavily armored police officers surrounded the hotel who were reportedly looking for accomplices to Paris attacks at Friday night.
"Dozens of cops with automatic weapons taking cover and training their weapons on the Pullman hotel," Reuters quoted a local as saying.
The French interior ministry spokesman told Reuters later on that the police cordon put around the Pullman Hotel was a false alert. A spokesman for the Accor hotel chain also confirmed it was a false bomb alert.
