PARIS (Sputnik) – The Belgian ATV television channel reported that security measures and border control policy would be discussed by the ministers.
On Friday evening, a series of coordinated deadly attacks occurred in Paris at several locations, including the Bataclan concert hall and the Stade de France stadium. Gunfire and suicide bombs killed 129 people, including at least two Belgium citizens, and injured over 350.
Following the attacks, French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency in France and reimposed border controls, also ordering the mobilization of extra military to ensure security and safety in the country.
Brussels enhanced security measures, including border controls with France, amid reports that some of those responsible for the attack entered France through Belgium.
