A suspected Islamic State jihadist blew himself up in the Turkish city of Gaziantep near the Syrian border during a police raid late Saturday, injuring four police officers, one seriously, media reports said.
The militant activated explosives attached to his body when police raided an apartment in a 10-story building in the town of Gaziantep, Turkey's Dogan News Agency reported.
The raid came hours after Turkish soldiers clashed with IS militants who fired at them near Gaziantep. Four militants were killed.
The incident took place ahead of the G20 summit which is slated to be held in the seaside Turkish city of Antalya and is overshadowed by the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
