BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — The RTBF broadcaster reported, citing the Federal Prosecutor's Office, that two of those seven arrested this weekend in Brussels as part of the investigation into the attacks in Paris, were charged with participating in terrorist attacks, as well as in the activities of a terrorist group.
Five others are reported to have been released without any charges.
On Friday night, extremists wearing explosive belts attacked several venues across Paris, killing some 130 people and injuring over 350 at restaurants, the Bataclan concert hall and in the vicinity of the Stade de France stadium.
