BRUSSELS (Sputnik) — The activists from the Molenbeek multinational community, where some 80 percent of residents are immigrants, lit candles in memory of those killed by terrorists in France and all over the world.
On November 13, a series of coordinated attacks at various locations in Paris left 129 dead and over 300 injured.
Following the attacks, Belgian police have carried out a number of anti-terrorist operations in Molenbeek, detaining eight people suspected of links to the Paris attacks. Six of them have been released over lack of evidence.
