MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russian President Vladimir Putin has "synchronized watches" with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on bilateral cooperation, and discussed Syria and the Palestinian-Israeli settlement during a telephone conversation, the Kremlin press service said in a statement Wednesday.
"The leaders traditionally 'synchronized their watches' on topical issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as top issues of the agenda, including the overall situation in the Middle East and the Syrian and Palestinian-Israeli settlement," the statement read.
