The assailant killed two people and wounded one more in an attack at the Panorama building complex at the heart of Tel Aviv, which also houses RT's Middle East office.
After RT staff received notification about the attack, Bronfermacher quickly grabbed his camera and ran outside with some of his colleagues to see what was going on.
"We joined the police trying to get the perfect shot. As we were running around the building we saw blood, people screaming, it was chaos," the RT cameraman told Radio Sputnik.
Following the incident RT staff was told to stay inside the office while the police searched for the assailant, who managed to escape. Some people who were outside the building began arming themselves with whatever items they could find to defend themselves against the attacker if he decided to come after them.

Although the latest RT report said the stabber was arrested, the police have yet to release his name. The only information available about the attacker is that he is a 38-year-old Palestinian man from the city of Hebron located in southern West Bank. The man worked at a nearby restaurant and was the only assailant, despite earlier claims that there might have been two attackers hiding in the Panorama building complex.
RT staff wasn't targeted, as the attacker went after people in a synagogue that was on the second floor of the building complex.
In the aftermath of the incident, RT's editor-in-chief, Margarita Simonyan, said the attack wasn't connected to the broadcaster's information policy.

The attack is the latest in a series of deadly stabbing incidents attributed to the Palestinian-Israeli tensions since mid-September.
