MOSCOW (Sputnik) – On Thursday, Finnish postal workers went on strike, protesting worsening employment terms that could lead to significant financial, benefit and working condition losses for employees.
On Monday, the strike expanded to the country’s capital of Helsinki and its southern region of Uusimaa, the Yle news outlet reported.
According to Yle, mail sorting and transporting was stopped in the south of the country.
