MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Tuesday, a bomb explosion hit a bus carrying elite presidential guards in Tunisia’s capital city of Tunis, killing at least 13 people and injuring 20. Islamic State jihadist group claimed responsibility for the attack.
The council's decision comes into force at 12:00 a.m. local time Thursday (23:00 GMT Wednesday), the Tunisian Mosaique FM radio station said. The country also boosted security on other marine and land borders.
According to the news outlet, Tunisian law enforcement will tighten control of people returning from Syria, Libya and Iraq.
