EU Center Against Terrorism to Begin Operations January 1
10:04 GMT 25.11.2015 (Updated: 11:50 GMT 09.02.2023) The European Center for the Fight Against Terrorism will begin operating on January 1, 2016, a representative from the European Council said Wednesday.
BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – According to the representative, the center will be operated by specialists in the fight against terrorism from the European Union and are to aid national legislative organs in investigating terrorist acts and coordinate transnational special operation against suspects of terrorism.
“The center will begin operating from January 1,” the representative told RIA Novosti.
