When Turkey shot down a Russian plane in Syrian airspace, it committed an act of war against Syria and Russia and brought Turkey's support for terrorism to light, Don Debar, the host of CPR News, an independent daily radio newscast, told Radio Sputnik on Tuesday.
"Turkey has no right to warn Russia about flying in Syrian airspace, when Russia is there at the invitation of the Syrian government."
"He said several days ago that Russia has irrefutable evidence that there are some 40 countries that were financing ISIL, including some members of the coalition; he was clearly referring to Turkey, he stated that Turkey is one of those, the primary one, handling the oil transfers that are benefitting ISIL, you can bet that that's the case."
"Given the assault on ISIL's pipeline several days ago, that convoy from horizon to horizon of oil trucks that somehow has managed for years to evade US satellite surveillance, somehow they've been able to ship oil that way for better than a year and not get bombed by the US."
"Russia began several days ago interdicting this oil supply, and then you have this escalation by Turkey; I don't think it’s a coincidence."
