MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The Russian leader will receive credentials from the ambassadors from Israel, Palestine, Bahrain, South Korea, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, as well as Sudan, Zimbabwe, Mauritius and Congo.
In addition, the newly-appointed ambassadors from South Ossetia, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia and Panama are participating in the annual ceremony.
The letters of credence confirm the identity and accreditation of a diplomat and the character of his mission to Russia.
After receiving all the credentials, the Russian president is expected to give a speech on current international situation and characterize the relations of Russia with the 15 states.
