MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The suspect is accused of shooting the 25-year-old man in one of two reportedly unrelated homicides in the city on late Friday, according to PennLive news outlet.
Police did not provide information regarding a motive for the shooting, the news outlet reported.
The underage suspect has been charged as an adult with homicide, carrying a firearm without a license and illegal possession of a firearm, the media reported, citing police.
Fatal shooting cases have been frequent in the United States in the past year. Earlier this months, a man who killed three people and critically wounded a child in Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot by police. On Friday, three people were killed and nine others were injured in a shooting at a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Colorado.
