BRUSSELS (Sputnik) – The Russian Navy encompasses warships, submarines, brigades and units of coastal troops across Northern, Pacific, Black Sea, Baltic fleets and the Caspian Flotilla.
"Around 70 warships of the Navy began the new academic year performing tasks directly at sea in different regions of the World Ocean," Dygalo told reporters.
Dygalo noted that Navy headquarters would focus on preparing joint force groupings, activating on-site training with Navy fleet units, detachments and tactical groups.
