PRAGUE (Sputnik) – The victory over terrorism, preservation of the secular state and implementation of political reforms in the interests of the Syrians are the main goals for Syria, President Bashar Assad said.
Answering the question on how he saw his country in 10 years, Assad said that the main goal was defeating terrorism.
The second important aim is "preserving the secular society in all its diversity. And thirdly implementing necessary political reforms in accordance with aspirations of the citizens of Syria," Assad told the Czech Television.
